Philly TNR - offers resources regarding feral cats

Philly TNR is comprised of a large group of both individuals and
organizations based in the Philadelphia area. We offer valuable
rescources regarding feral cats as well as support for the newcomer.
You will find information on trapping, spay/neuter clinics, ear
tipping, vaccines, recovery, releasing, feeding, providing shelter,
maintaining a colony, recruiting volunteers, and fundraising, as well
as educational information to help promote public awareness concerning
the need to humanely control the population of feral and stray cats
through non-lethal means via the implementation of trap-neuter-return
(TNR).
